Respect for copyright
CBE Nexus expects users and sellers to respect copyright, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights. Uploading or selling material does not transfer ownership of content to CBE Nexus.
Seller responsibility
Before submitting a resource, sellers must have the rights or permission necessary to distribute it. Sellers must not upload unauthorized copies of textbooks, examination papers, teacher materials, images, videos or other protected works.
Reporting a concern
If you believe content on CBE Nexus infringes your copyright or other rights, contact CBE Nexus with the resource title or URL, a description of the protected work, the reason for your claim and your contact details. We may temporarily restrict or remove disputed content while the matter is reviewed.
Good-faith reporting
Reports should be accurate and made in good faith. False or abusive reports may be disregarded.
